Our balms, salves, and skincare items are made with natural ingredients. Everyone’s skin is different, so please review ingredient lists carefully and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing on this website should be considered medical advice. 3) Ordering & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity or an issue with payment authorization.
4) Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders as quickly as possible. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can help.
5) Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are handcrafted skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will offer a replacement or store credit. We want you to feel good about what you buy from us!
6) Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
