If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Because our products are handcrafted and made fresh in small batches, we cannot accept returns on used items. But if there’s ever an issue, we stand behind every balm we make.
